I woke up this morning feeling AWFUL! My throat was hurting so bad and it felt like I couldn't breathe! I took a flashlight and looked in the mirror, and it was disgusting! My throat was red, swollen, and looked like mold was growing! So I decided to take a trip to the doctor. I waited for 3 HOURS. However, a couple with their sick 8 year old boy was waiting by me and we had a really good conversation about IRAQ. He had been to Iraq, and made me feel better about Sean being there. It was also REALLY nice to talk to another wife who has been through what I am going through now. Once I made it into the examining room, they did a strep test. I was sure it was going to be negative, it hasn't been positive since my tonsils have been removed. The doctor came in and said it was negative, then looked at my ears, nose, throat, and listened to my lungs. He said I had a throat infection. A nurse game in and gave me the worst shot I have ever had in my butt. I really got lightheaded and thought I was going to pass out. It burned and stung sooooooo bad! UGH! Then I got a Z-pack, so hopefully I will be feeling back to normal tomorrow. I should find out about my car tomorrow!! Pray for a VERY low bill!! haha
~I talked to Sean today and he seemed a little down. Please say a prayer for him and send him an email or card for encouragement. Comment on my blog and I will send you his email, or address~

I'm so sorry you are feeling bad!! Let me know if you need anything. Maybe we can get together this week and make a package for Sean! That would be fun! :)
I hope you feel better soon! I would have been happy to take you to the Dr.
Send me Sean's email and address so I can send him something.
I think it's wonderful that you got to meet another couple that could make you feel better about Iraq. We'll continue to pray for
BOTH of you!
Hey sweetie! I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you and Sean. I know sometimes it feels like everyone else is living their life and you're trying to keep up with yours, but your really just living phone call to phone call. It's hard, but it somehow gets easier. I know i can't do much for you from Japan but if you ever need to vent... just let me know. :) Hope you feel better soon!
