Upset Stomach?

I have decided that my stomach hates me and is revolting against me! I am pretty sure it is a suicide bomber; willing to sacrifice itself to harm me. I can go a few days without any violence and then WHAM; horrible cramps that make me throw up and other graphic things that no one wants to hear about. MY STOMACH IS VERY UPSET WITH ME!! I am really thinking about looking into getting a stomach/intestinal transplant. I don't really think that's an option, so I am going to the doctor first thing in the morning. Please say a prayer for me and lets hope for no hospital stay!
