Quality or quantity?!??

I am an average looking girl, above average on a good day. I have a college degee, a good job. I have my own apartment and my own car. I love sports and am a guys girls. You would think that a guy would love to date me.....apparently that is not the case?! Apparently what guys are looking for is any girl at a bar to go home with them. They do not have to be cute, can be fat, can be homeless, as long as they know the word YES! I would think a guy would want a girl they could show off and be proud to date, not someone they would be embarrassed to run into the next night. I personally go for quality over quantity, but the more I am in the single world, I have figured out that guys really do not care about quality at all and just go for anyone who can say YES! So my question is what's more important quality or quantity?
