Answer me this....WAS IT WORTH IT?!?!

I was reading an article in a magazine the other day about things a woman has learned in her life. So I started to think about the things I have learned. Alot just in the past few years. So here is a list of some of the things I have learned.

1. Never pick ANYONE over your friend and family. They will be the first ones to be there to pick you up and tell you everything will be okay.

2. There will always be someone younger, smarter, prettier, skinner, and richer than me, and THAT IS OKAY!

3. ALWAYS trust your gut instinct.

4. If you aren't attracted to someone right away...that WILL NEVER CHANGE, even if you really want to be!!!

5. Never compromise what you think is right or wrong.

6. I am a catch, and if a guy doesn't see that...then IT IS SOOOO HIS LOSS!

7. I often make people out to be better then they really are. I need to take a step back and see if the person is really a good person or do I just WANT them to be a good person.

8. Sometimes the best cure for a bad week is a girls night. Nothing is better then my best friends, food, and movies!!

9. Saying the "Timing is wrong" is a cop out and I think if you wait around for the timing to be right....you will be waiting forever!

10. I will never be the type of girl who lets you feel her up in a car and gets so drunk I pee my pants.

11. I say I never want to have kids, but maybe I have never been with someone who I wanted to have kids with.

12. If you can't laugh at yourself, then you are going to be a very miserable person.

13. If you don't have butterflies right away, then that person is not for you.

14. The truth can REALLY hurt, but I can handle and respect that sooo much more than being lied to!

15. I'm a romantic person in a very unromantic world.

16. I always want to see the best in someone, but often times there is not much to see.

17. You can love someone with all your heart and want to be with them forever, but that doesn't mean they will love you back or want to be with you forever.

18. It takes TWO people working together to make a relationship work.

19. I believe that if you honestly want to be with someone you will be NO MATTER how hard it is, or how far apart you are. If you want it to work it will work.
