I haven't updated in forever, so I'm way behind!! Here are some pictures from my hometown of Lewistown, IL! I always try to come back for the Fulton County Fair...Which is always the last week of July. There's nothing like black walnut taffy and a lemon shake-up to make you feel at home~! I also ate at my favorite restaurant(it's also one of the only ones in town) Hilda's, went fishing, went to the animal scrambles, and the demolition derby! What a fun week!!

I had to take a picture of this because I have never heard of this before! It's called a horseshoe. It's two pieces of bread, then your choice of meat, with french fries piled on top. You can also get it with a variety of other toppings!! Gross!!
